Evolve the Law: Q&A Recap with Diligen, Clio, and Quantum Jurist
In February, the team at Evolve the Law hosted a live Q&A on Twitter in part of an exclusive podcast episode with Diligen's COO Laura van Wyngaarden. This Q&A brings together the collective insight from Wyngaarden, Clio's Joshua Lennon, and Quantum Jurist's Ian Connett.
The questions chosen centred around AI and its application in the legal profession. We've collected a snapshot of the key responses provided by each panelist.

It is, but I think we’re seeing that erode. #BigLaw is recognizing the value of automation. Smaller firms are feeling pressure to keep up with the technology investments being made by large firms.

By identifying and focusing in on a key and particular pain point that you wish to automate. This could be contract analysis or M&A in the case of @diligensoftware or client and matter intake in the case of @smithdotai. #EvolvetheLaw

Tough question. Case studies excite me, but I’m not the normal legal consumer.
Proposals that include AI and non-AI pricing. Seeing the difference will make believers. — Joshua Lenon (@JoshuaLenon) February 15, 2019
